1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Return request must be placed within 7 days of delivery.

Items like sale products, accessories, or customized orders are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To place a return request:

Our team will review the request and arrange for pickup if applicable.

Pack the item securely in the original packaging and hand it over to the delivery agent.
3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be made via UPI/bank transfer.

Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy

We offer size or product exchange based on availability.

Exchange requests must follow the same steps as return and be made within 7 days of delivery.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please share an unboxing video or image within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
